August 4, 2024 – AA24 Day 4: Sunday Stag

Brush: Omega 50068 Bambino 18mm boar
Razor: Hartford Cutlery #20 4/8
Lather: Chiseled Face – Midnight Stag
Post Shave: Chiseled Face – Midnight Stag
Post Shave: Stirling Soap Co – Unscented Balm
Fragrance: Chiseled Face – Midnight Stag

I definitely noticed more irritation this morning. Normally, with less than 24 hours’ growth, I’d grab the Karve A plate and give it a quick, one-pass swipe. Not today. Some extra post-shave balm was very kind to my skin. Here’s a question. How should I be minding use of the whole blade? I notice I’m tending to use the toe end of the blade more. I feel like I should be using more of it.

It’s time to grace the brethren with the holiness of the Stag. Have a happy Sunday and be kind to one another.
