June 30, 2024 – Lather Games!

  • Brush: Omega – Model 20106 Black Handle Boar Hair Shaving Brush #TOLL [Italy]
  • Razor: RazoRock – Stealth Slant, stainless with PVD coating. [Canada]
  • Blade: Gillette Winner Stainless (3). [India]
  • Lather: Purely Skinful Handmade Essentials – Palo Santo [Also Canada, eh?]
  • Aftershave: Ultima Unmasked Unscented Splash. [Sometimes made in Philippines?]
  • Fragrance: Paris Corner Charuto Tobacco Vanille EDP [France]

I've forgotten how smooth this razor is. Very comfortable and deliciously smooth if your lather is on point. No problems or hassles as we cleaned up; no nicks or spots, although I did use a lighter stainless handle to reduce irritation. I only dislike the fact that the blade tabs aren't covered, so you must be careful around the ears and around the nose. I'll have to make a point of reintroducing this razor into the rotation in days ahead.

The soap scent is very light, somewhat sweet, and almost breezy or "fluffy". Almost like an incense gently wafting through an ancient temple in days gone by.

#Challenge is as listed above. I'm in USA.
