June 26, 2024 – Lather Games!

  • Brush: Cayuen Abalone w/ 28mm Timberwolf Synthetic.
  • Razor: YPM – Winning Razor Mk2, polished, tattooed ("The Emperor's Razor!") #CNC #TITANIUM
  • Blade: Gillette Winner Stainless (2).
  • Lather: Ballenclaugh – Cherries in the Chamber
  • Aftershave: A&E – Ultima Unmasked Unscented Splash
  • Fragrance: Flower City Fragrance – Bourbon Vanilla

Here's some rare ware, and we're using Ballenclaugh for this shave. This is one of the first soaps I bought all those years ago when I started my shave journey. It works decently, and I love the frag, although it's hard to get now.

I have only one badger brush, most of my stash is synthetics in one form or another. Cleaning synthetics is as simple as running them under water for a while, then drying them. I have a towel rack I bolted to the wall and I use the upper opening to hold all my brushes. They dry upside down after I shake and squeeze the water out by hand. Easy peasy.
