SOTD - June 20th - Summer

Feb 09, 2024

  • Prep: Shower
  • Brush: Wild West Brushworks
  • Razor: Feather - Artist club
  • Blade: Feather
  • Lather: Spearhead - Sea Spiced Lime
  • Post Shave: Spearhead - Sea Spiced Lime
  • Fragrance: Spearhead - Sea Spiced Lime

What a day for this shave. Hit 27C in Vancouver today. Had to use the sea spiced lime, my favorite scent of all time. The scent I wore on my first date with my partner.

My hike today was a round of pitch and putt and a walk around the rose gardens at Queen Elizabeth park. photo evidence 4th photo I just found out is called dogwood and it is our provincial flower in British Columbia. Brought my shave stuff in my golfbag thinking I would try to shave on the course but it was insanely busy and I was not brave enough. If I may enact airbud rules: I did take my shave on a walk. It does not specify to shave outdoors and one could "enjoy some fresh air with your shave" by simply shaving, then taking the trash out.

Theme today was money. Chose money as it features queen Elizabeth which ties it into the hike I went on today. Check out our wacky Canadian money. Simpsons reference
