According to Capt. Bubbles himself (why does he keep a beard?), this soap is supposed to be a dupe of Tommy by Tommy Milfdigger. It does indeed smell like 1995, and it's nice and fresh as a morning scent. I never cared for the original but this is quite decent, with a comfortable shave finish.
