This Proraso cream features the "refreshing scent of lime and apple" so I paired it with another lightly-fruity fragrance. I still haven't found my preferred fig fragrance—ideally to pair with Barrister and Mann Clusterfig—but Debaser is getting closer. The scent of the leaves and stems are there without being overwhelmingly vegetal, it's not overly sweet, and the musk-tonka-coconut combination is a smooth platform for the fig. Still need to sample Dyptique Philosykos, but haven't looked for a vendor that stocks it yet.
