- Brush: Semogue Galahad C3 Premium boar
- Razor: Parker Variant
- Blade: Feather
- Lather: Barrister and Mann - Lavender (Black Label)
- Post Shave: Lucky Tiger AS
- Post Shave: Barrister and Mann - unscented balm
- Post Shave: Olay Complete
I bought this soap years ago. The Black Label base was similar to, if not exactly like, the White Label base. Black Label offerings came in a 5.5 oz pour instead of the 4oz pour the White Label soaps came in. They were made during the same era. I really like this thirsty base. This straightforward scent is my benchmark for the genre.
I finally got an enjoyable shave with this razor. I need to keep using it. I rarely come across a razor that takes so long for me to get good with it.
