Timing is everything, and today my timing was good. Shortly after I finished shaving/showering, we lost water pressure in our subdivision. This happens every other month or so here in the PI, and it typically takes 6 to 12 hours for water to be restored. We keep an emergency reserve of water so that we can function during a water outage, but it's still a pain in the ass.
