Let's start off with a video! Truckstop shave with surprise guest!(please excuse me, because I said it was a Boti Knight knot, when in fact it is a Boti Tuxedo knot)
Now as I mentioned in the forest video, shaving outside of the confinements of your home is the norm now, but that makes it even easier to have fun. Two years ago I did a truck stop shave in the middle of the night, today I repeated it, at the same place, but with an upgrade. See, last time I didn't know that there was a toilet/bathroom facility there that was open 24/7 and thus shaved outside next to my car, today I was sophisticated and shaved inside using a faucet and soaking up the sweet aroma of trucker's pee. Also I had a guest to keep me company.
So a little bit about the software and hardware. It was my first time using the Timeless Aluminium and once again Timeless do not disappoint. I think this is the third Timeless I've tried, the others being the Ti 0.95 and the Bronze 0.38. To my surprise I thought that the AL version would definitely be more efficient than the Bronze, but I was wrong. Still a very stellar two pass shave, nothing to moan about. Timeless have never had a miss for me and are probably the most consistent razor makers I've had the pleasure to use.
The soap, I rarely use Maggard soap, but every time I do, it is a very pleasant surprise at how good they are, super solid, great lather quality, easy to whip up. No complaints. And while I am not an avid fan of citrus based scents, they(Maggard) have really captured the essence of "Limes and Bergamot", fresh and stimulating.
