Monet is a very light, pleasant floral scent. It excellently captures the essence of Monet's water lily paintings: floral, watery, warm, and all around beautiful. I am from the US, and Monet is made in Italy. The Game Changer is made in Canada, and this brush is made in China. Through the power of Air Bud bullshit, I used my only non-US made aftershave: no aftershave (ain't no rule says a shaver has to use aftershave).
