Weinstrasse is by far one of the best fragrances I've ever smelled. It's crisp, green, floral, and fruity, but layered and complex with a pleasant dry down. Declaration Grooming and Shawn Maher putting the fragrance into a shaving soap is perhaps one of the greatest gifts the wetshaving world has ever received, combining an amazing scent with a great performing soap base.
As for today's challenge - absolutely ridiculous. Alum? Yeah, just let me rub a block of salt all over my face, I'm sure that'll feel great and get my face feeling silky smooth. Maybe if I was a fatty pork belly, or a crispy piece of fried chicken I'd cover my skin in salt, but as a sane person, I choose not to do such things.
