Tabac is always awesome, in my opinion. It was one of the first soaps that I ever wet shaved with, and I've never looked back.
Although it's not explicitly marketed as a barbershop scent, it's hard to argue that it isn't a classic barbershop scent or, at the very least, a classic German barbershop scent. The rules don't state that anything about needing to be an American barbershop scent, so I rest my case.
