    There's something to be said for continuously using a straight I wasn't too bad in terms of speed before but focusing solely on that for this past month has improved my own efficiency in the shave itself. Couple of days left but this whole exercise was well worth it.

    2 more shaves ahead. Today I realized that I've gone noseblind to the Baker Street splash. This has become one of my favorite Stirling scents, when I can smell it and appreciate it.

    I am thoroughly stunned by how pliable and soft this brush has become. My two other boars (not counting MOAR BOAR because that's a different beast) have far more scrub and less play, which isn't always bad, but this one is damn near badger soft at this point. Maybe it's because of the nearly daily shaving for the break in so the bristles are always still a bit wet? Whatever it is it's pretty darn nice.

    Straight shave twenty-nine and another good one. I’m really pleased with how much more comfortable I am with a straight now compared to August 1. I’m not even sure I’m ready to be done with this set up. Maybe I’ll just keep on going until I kill this tub, though I will appreciate being able to take a day off from shaving if I want. This is my first AA, but I suspect it is a lot easier when you love all your choices.

    Today wasn’t as good as the previous couple shaves. Just felt a bit rough, and probably needed a little more water in the lather. Taking a 4 day weekend so no more work until next Tuesday. Haven’t figure out what to do besides bbq a chuck roast this weekend. Probably do that on Sunday.
