    First time using a soap from Eleven. Picked this sample up at the Mags meet this past April. Very nice scent that doesn’t linger too long so pairs well with the Proraso AS.

Thank you! 🙏 Ole Fife is described on DentonMajik’s site as “A tribute not only to classic Shulton's Old Spice, but also to the Man, the Myth, and the Legend himself Barney Fife!” This was my first experience with DentonMajik and any Old Spice scent of any kind. I enjoyed the shave, the soap performed well and the scent, although not something I’d normally reach for, was enjoyable.

    Base War Stories: Best base no longer made: B&M White Label. Seville in white label was one of my first soaps. So good. My top base today I’d go with Spearhead’s Highland, although there are so many great ones.

    Well, I bowl lathered Barbasol. Talk about combining two things that absolutely suck. I tried to add as much water as possible to break down the dense foam that shoots out of the can and it was still terrible. I have no idea how people use this stuff daily. Anyways, picked up Brut while I was at the store for the Barbasol. Heavy alcohol burn which I normally don’t mind but was less enjoyable given the fact that I just bowl lathered and shaved with Barbasol. Tomorrow is a new day! 😃

    Mango Sage Tea was very nice followed with the HoM Almond Leather splash, which is my only in-person Maggard Razors purchase. I’ve never gotten too crazy with orders, especially since most of them were back in the Edge shipping days, IYKYN. From memory I’d have to say the ATT Calypso R1 was the larger order at ~$100 Maggard Razors.

    Picked this sample of HoM Avocado cream up at the Mag’s meet this past April. It is, in fact, nice and creamy. Followed up with Everett splash, which carries on with the gourmand theme including dried orange slices and marshmallows. The Everett font on the label is also green, just like avocados. 🥑

    The Omega 10049 is $9.80 on Amazon. The Fat Handle Tech originally sold for $0.49 in 1938, which today is ~$10.63 adjusted for inflation. Astra SP blade $0.08. Godrej Shave Cream is $4.95 for the tube or $0.06/gram. And finally Aqua Velva $4.24 for the bottle or $0.02/ml.
