I think that the blend of rose, passion fruit and musk in this scent is very well done. This comes across as a single fragrance. Kind of refreshing and a great way to start the day.

Back home and laid up with a full-blown upper respiratory infection. I tumbled out of bed at noon and dragged myself into the shower to hopefully feel better. In the process, I forgot to get a new blade, so here goes 51.

The Van Der Hagen soap is just okay, good lather and slickness, but my skin is feeling dry. I’ll power through it, though.

Postponing the MM24 Bonus Shave^© for later cause I feel like crap right now.

Yesterday's tight match-up was the most exhilarating one so far. I'm impressed how we Highlanders almost held our own against the mighty Mammoth Mafia. I'm looking forward the final four round. Both match-ups are David vs Goliath situations and I'm curious to see what happens.

For today, I chose to shave with the 800-pound gorilla of tomorrow's match. Great shave, great scents.

First shave of a week on the road, visiting family and meeting with the builder for our upcoming move. Only 3 nights will be in a hotel which will be nice.

First shave with the brush from u/thebunnynator1001! This one is a passaround but I have another handle from him at home curing. Really awesome handle from a new maker out on the scene. Great depth to his pours and he will do custom work for you if you want. Here are the two handles from him. The blue/gold one is the passaround one while I’m keeping the blue/clear one.
