    Straight shave twenty-eight and it was probably my best one yet. Two full passes (WTG and XTG) with an additional partial ATG pass on my cheeks and it was delightfully uneventful. I ended up with a great shave and zero nicks or irritation which I believe is a first when going any direction other than just WTG.

    Yesterday, after the first pass, I was convinced that my beard felt less close than normal. But, after the third pass, I had a terrific BBS result. Today I vowed to do my normal 2-pass shave to see if shave quality had dipped below excellent. I was a bit stunned by how good the result was. Extremely close to yesterday's 3-pass shave.

    3 to go. Basically a bloodless shave tonight. I think about the early shaves that sliced and diced me (and I have the scars to prove it) and how far I've come. It's been a month full of solid learning.

    I do wonder how anyone ever learns this aside from hobby-ists; like, who sticks with slicing themselves up unless they have peer pressure pushing them?

    Today's SOTD pic has the levels of everything, for reference before AA there were 2 uses on all the software, no uses on the brush, and a fresh hone on the razor. Let me know if you have similar levels! I am starting a typing club at my school so today I filled out some paperwork, did some recruiting, and found a teacher to host us. After I got done shaving I saw that my brother was filling out a hair loss survey thing for companies trying to treat hair loss so I guess he noticed his hair line isn't what it used to be. We have the genetics that I've come to terms with a long time ago lol, imo theres no use doing the expensive daily stuff for the rest of your life so I've already done tests of me shaving my head and my head shape is pretty decent, my brothers isn't as good but meh. I think I will need a moustache when I am bald; my dad usually rocks at least a moustache, usually with some stubble but when he shaves the moustache and all he looks weird. Shave was alright but I'm ready for the month to be over.
