Straight shave twenty-four. I’ve been mostly doing two WTG passes this month, but haircut day seemed a good day to go for a closer shave. I did end up with a closer shave at the acceptable cost of a couple small weepers, but it was a good reminder that I still have a lot of practice to go before claiming victory. WTG is now comfortable and predictable, but other directions (XTG, ATG) still feel pretty awkward.

I had to go back to a 2-pass shave today since yesterday's shave was so close. And, I was rushed today so I my shave took about 8 minutes. The comfort was there, but attention to detail was not.

One week left now. I do think I’m getting a little better, but no where near the ease of effort with a DE razor. Not sure I’ll kill the tub by next Saturday. If not, I’ll have it for Mammoth Mondays until it is killed. I do like that the Mammoth logo is peaking out of the ring o’death.
