    Today, I ll visit my godchild and leave work early. I’ll give her some Lego and Duplo as presents.

    The shave was not as smooth as yesterday. In my third pass the lather was way too thin.

    Decent shave this morning, had to be quicker than I would like as we were having to rush out the door. Still a decent finish but perhaps not as smooth as previous outings but still acceptable.

    Haven't had the time to throw together proper photos these past few days, I'll have to try and up the effort for the second half of AA.

    Have a bit of irritation going under the right side of my mustache. That area on both sides gives me some crap sometimes if I'm sloppy. I think shaving every day makes it even more touchy since that's not usually my thing. I shaved around that area, sort of in a goatee type pattern. Looks silly, but I'd rather let the area heal up a bit.

    I'm halfway there, and my first attempt ever at honing my razor approaches this weekend. I am planning to do some reading today on the subject. Hopefully, it goes alright.

    Almost was too tired to shave today. Just drove from Virginia yo Wisconsin. We left before 6:00 in the morning, and got here after driving for 13 hours. We get to repeat it on Monday, but will try to leave early enough to skip the morning rush around Chicago.

    Not the best shave today. A little too tired to do a good job. No blood, but the shave was lacking. At least the splash is feeling great on my face. I did bring my 8k and 12k stones, but forgot my loupe. I may try a magnification app on the phone to see the edge better when I hone tomorrow or Saturday.
