    AA24 - Day 5 - Monday in the Shire

    Shire is such a beautiful scent! It was almost going to be an AA trickhole with Shire, and 🍀🐑Shepherd of Stirling🐑🍀changed all that. Luckily, I'm still able to use Shire for today.

    Another day of the $BarnyardChallenge. Yesterday's musical inspiration was Pink Floyd's Animals. Today, I'm thinking Pig Destroyer is the appropriate soundtrack. I think this boar knot is already bending to my will and now it's just a matter of getting the tips to split further. Before and after pics here. I don't have any complaints about this set up 5 days in. I feel like I chose a nice and easy soap/splash combo that's not going to annoy me over the next 25 days.

    On to the coffee part of the morning and then it's off to Boston with the wife and dogs as our vacation rolls on. Try to enjoy your day and remember to be kind to one another.

    $ShepherdsofStirling day 3. Stockholm syndrome is starting to set in. I wish I had the complementary splash for Electric Sheep. I was planning to have to break AA for my wedding later this month but I’ve realized this soap will match the requisite bug spray at an outdoor woods wedding in August. I told my fiance. She laughed – she probably thinks I was joking. Electric Sheep is love. Electric Sheep is life.

    A slightly rushed shave, but I went into it knowing I could go quickly. I find Stirling to be incredibly easy to lather. It's more fun to add water slowly, but you can also just throw a bunch of water at it right up front and call it good, which is what I did today.

    Nice close shave. No irritation with two weepers with on my neck and the other on my chin. 4 days growth off in this shave. I kind of overshaved on some areas, but I was still able to get a good shave. I’ll be shaving every other day on weekdays to try to complete the challenge. So that’s the plan for this month, and I know it’s a departure from the usual, but I’m doing what I have to do to pass that challenge. Overall, nice shave to start off this week.
