    Chilled shave and comfortable shave.

    I decided to divert a little from my normal stropping tools for this AA, usually I would use either of my hanging strops (Roughout or Notovan) but I decided to opt for my Supex 77. The Mrs bought this one for me some time ago, but I didn't use it all that much. Though for this AA it has been incredibly useful for daily use so far. I don't have a static place to place my strop for use, so I pack it away each time. This though, it's been incredibly convenient, and honestly just as good (though I am missing the linen a little).

    Had mich better lather today and the first two passes felt very comfortable. In the third pass, I am getting irritations. After using so much Mammoth, B&M and others, I start to dislike Stirling. In a few days Bell ringer will be used up. My fiance is pretty sad about it, while I think about the next aftershave I ll use up.

    Ugh, forgot to take a dry brush picture again. Maybe get one tonight, but to my eye not much happening yet. Some split ends, but it mostly looks pretty new. Lather was better today. I usually shave at night and shower in the morning, but on the weekends try to shave earlier. I soaked the brush for about 5 minutes while showering. Normally, I shower after the shave. I like to rinse off the soap in the shower. Today the brush got more of a soak. It was a little softer, but picked up the soap better. Shave will again win no awards for closeness, but less stinging from the splash.

    On a sad note, yesterday our 20 year old cat crossed the rainbow bridge to be with her brother and sister. For the first time in 20 years, we have no cats.

    Another lovely stroll through the Shire today. I suspect this soap will be my first tub kill, sometime after AA ends. This is the first wet shaving item I ever won, getting lucky through one of the charity raffles. It made me love House of Mammoth forever. Cheers to an awesome company, making awesome products, and doing awesome charity work.

    Late evening shave after a day visiting different playgrounds with Djunior. I think I'm missing some of the beauty of Roman Spice with these evening shaves before bed, but it's also difficult to motivate myself to wake up early for them. Luxury problems.

    The brush is coming along, but it's still in a state where it's difficult to imagine that I'll like it as much as my Zeniths. We shall see.
